- Booking our services implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
- All reservations must be made through email and confirmed by our company. Your email must include your name, tour, number of people, pick up place and if there is any special request, situation or limitation perform activities.
- Shaman Tours is committed to protecting your privacy and take the security of our customers’ general information seriously.
- We completly understand that unexpected things happen and make us change our plans suddenly. Shaman Tours has a very fair cancellation policy.
- Cancellations must be made by email or phone call. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the pick up time to get a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before pick up time will be charge 50% and you get a 50% refund.
- Refunds usually take from 3-5 business days to be paid, but if your situation requires priority, let us know to expedite the processed.
